Return Policy


To ensure fair play and overall satisfaction, all orders are thoroughly checked for defects before they are shipped to you.
After transaction is made, we do not offer customer for any refund, cancellation or exchange. However, you can return or exchange through our online customer service if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.

Gentle remind to clarify those which are not included in the list of defect/damage as below:
  • odor problems. (some fabric are specially treated or packaged in the warehouse may have some odor, will eliminate after wash)
  • deviation from photo ( shooting process may cause color deviation, fabric cutting change the pattern )
  • thread did not handle clean
  • micro dirt on light-colored fabric ( packing process may caused dirt )
  • the quality of fabric or transparent degree ( it's don't have a standard to determine the quality, please be understand )
  • used goods is strictly no return & exchange
  • Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
  • size not suitable
  • some fabric cannot be iron with high-temperature , scorch or pilling is not a defect .
  • Please note that parcels which are returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.

For goods return & exchange, please kindly follow the steps below:
  1.  Photo of damaged or ruined clothes must be taken.
  2.  Contact our customer service in order to send the above said photo for verification.
  3.  Validity of replacement will be given within 24 hours.
  4. Customers must deliver the damaged or ruined clothes to our company’s address which will later be examined by appointed staff. Any products that have been re-sized, altered or otherwise damaged caused by buyers will not be accepted for return. Customers will be liable for all postage required to send to the designated address as provided by us. Caren Boutique will then cover the cost to send back the corrected items to the respected customers. If your return is not a result of company’s error, we will not bear the shipping fees.

退换程序:
当交易作出后,我们将不接受任何退款,取消或货物交换。但如果您订购的商品符合本公司退换标准,您可以咨询客户服务团队进行退换。
下列情况不属于质量问题调换范围:

  •  异味问题。(有的面料会经过特殊处理或出厂包装后直接存于仓库可能会有一些异味,一般过水后会消除)
  •  图片与 实物有些偏差(拍摄过程会有颜色偏差,面料裁剪变化使图案变化,搭配参考装饰物无或有变化)
  •  线头没处理干净
  •  淡颜色面料上的微脏(制作销售过程中可能会带上)
  •  面料好坏或者透明程度等( 没有标准,无法确定好坏,请谅解)
  •  使用过的商品不能换货  
  •  衣物已经洗过 (染色,褪色,缩水等问题)
  •  尺寸不合适
  • 有些衣物质量是不可以用高温烫,烫坏或是起毛球都不是质量问题。
  • 没有和店主联系并告知退换理由,善自寄回物品不予处理。 

请根据以下步骤进行退换:
  1. 拍下商品破损的部分即可 。
  2. 请联系客服处理,并将图片传送以进行验证;
  3. 本公司将在24小时内给予退换答复;
  4. 客户必须将损坏或毁坏衣物寄回本公司地址以进行核实。如果发现包裹中的商品已被破损,修改或调整,其退换将不被受理。由本公司原因造成的商品退货,本公司将承担退换的递送费用。非本公司原因造成的商品退货,将不做包邮处理。


In order to keep the good price of the items , we hope our beloved customers can deal with some minor problems on their own , such as a small opening line or little stain. We do not guarantee that the item seen in the photographs will be exactly the same as what you would be receiving. Slight color difference is to be expected because of varying monitor settings and lighting conditions when the item was photographed. However, Caren Boutique can assure customers that the item color will not be a big issue over here. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch with us first before ordering the item.   We hope to get your mutual understanding , considerate to establish a good trade relations and achieve a win-win situation .

为了不让寄费增加货品的价格,我们希望MM能自行处理一些小问题,如小小的开线,可以清洗的污迹,我们不能保证所有商品都100%没有问题,相信没有哪个厂家或公司能保证自己的商品100%无问题。可人时装屋会全力以赴做到最好,出货前必定小心检查货品,确定无质量问题,因此我们也希望能得到MM的互相理解,体谅,建立良好的买卖关系,实现双赢立场。
